Procession Judging

There will be a slightly different judging system this year which we hope will reduce the time spent waiting in the holding area; therefore it will not be necessary for people to arrive at the business centre before 12.00.For ease of traffic any vehicles /floats may gather at 11.30.
The Queens courts will be judged in the village Hall car park as per previous years.
The procession will leave at 12.30, (subject to trains).
Judging will take place on route; you will be stopped for a count of 5.
Certificates will be awarded as you enter the Arena. 1st place winners will be asked to remain in the arena for the presentation of trophies.

You will find entry forms and the judging criteria on our new website. You may return them by e-mail, in person, or by post although the closing date has passed, you will still be able to enter up until 24th June.
